The theorem belongs originally to Anselm of Canterbury and was taken on by Austrian mathematician Kurt Godel states that God by definition is that for which no greater can be conceived. God exists in the understanding and if He exists in the understanding, we could imagine Him to be greater by existing in reality. Therefore, God must exist. According to Cnet, Christoph Benzmüller of Berlin’s Free University and Bruno Woltzenlogel Paleo of the Technical University in Vienna used their MacBook and tried to express the theorems into mathematical equations and make them work. Their work called ‘Formalisation, Mechanisation and Automation of Gödels Proof of Gods Existence’ state that his ontological proof of God has been analysed for the first time with an unprecedented degree of detail and formality with the help of higher-order theorem proves.
