AAARRGGGHHHHHH! Went into Comcast to return a piece of equipment, talked with a wonderful lady who made adjustments to my account to save $$$$ (thank you so much) and get home... No service on the main box. I trouble shot for 1/2 hr, did all the resets, reset all the cables, SD works so the HD is out. Have been on a chat for almost an hour with an utter $%@$&&$*%$$&%@^#!^#* reading a troubleshooting script after I gave them a full rundown of what is happening and asked for them to simply reset the HD service. Finally after numerous requests, they reset the HD code. All set. So I let them know again everything I did, and what I asked, and how I knew it was the HD setting, and how much faster the rest would have been if they went off script. Parting line from them... well its good that we have the same skills! Great now I can have a side job at an Xfinity call center.
