AAUA SENATE BUILDING - AN ICONIC LANDMARK!!! ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY, AKUNGBA, ON-GOING SENATE BUILDING is a 5-Storey building on 16 thousand square metres of exquisite designed to house the entire administration of the University. This is just 18 months project and its 80% completed, to be delivered any moment from now. Upon completion, it will be the most outstanding building not only on University Campus but arguable entire State. This building is elegant and self imposing and dominating the environment where it is erected. It aesthetically pleasing and welcoming from all sides. It has 3 elevators on the four wings. It has large span of spaces for landscaping, parking lots and fountain. This monumental and historical project is made possible through the subvention of the Visitor, Gov. Olusegun Mimiko. This is one of the laudable achievements of Gov. Olusegun Mimiko administration. On a final note, No University in Nigeria has this gigantic edifice.
