Please Read: NHRC TO PROSECUTE ELECTORAL OFFENDERS The National Human Rights Commission says it is has concluded plans to prosecute electoral offenders. Executive Secretary of the commission, Professor Bem Angwe, announced this in Abuja at a meeting with stakeholders on the commission’s ‘Franchise 2015 Project.’ Professor Angwe said with the Franchise 2015 Project, the commission would monitor the 2015 polls to identify all electoral offenders for prosecution.
