ABUSED by US CUSTOMS AGENT: Im soooo UPSET that my wife Holly Haner-Lo is still shaken up by the U.S. CUSTOMS AGENT that was PROVOKING, raised his voice and was being AGGRESSIVE, and spoke to her in a DEMEANING way in front of my 6years old and 2 years old children! Does anyone know if there are any process of filing a complaint or is that just the way it is and that the DISGRUNTLED U.S. CUSTOMS AGENT can just get away with it and probably will do it to someone else? My wife is the most calm and non-confrontational person I know and he sent her and my kids to the second level security just because he wanted to abuse his power! Any information is appreciated.
