B) If you owe a balance, EXACT cash to expedite the registration process (NO checks accepted) AGE 4-11 MAY WEAR A SHORT OR COCKTAIL DRESS & ALL OTHER AGES COCKTAIL DRESS D) Age 4-11 Fashion wear outfit including accessories. Age 12-15 Fitness wear outfit including accessories. Age 16- over Swimwear (may be one or 2 piece) including accessories. E) Evening gown (must be age appropriate)any design or color of choice.
