ACCOUNT MANAGER Outskirts of Newark c. £15K DOE Our client on the outskirts of Newark is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will: • Develop a strong understanding and relationship with the accounts within the portfolio to enable a high level of customer service and Account Management. • Develop strong relationships with Suppliers to enable a high knowledge of their contract offerings and Terms and Conditions. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Retention & Growth • Complete supplier tenders within timeframes • Ensure you hit the company long term business target of 60% within your portfolio. • Ensure all data is accurately maintained within the Energy procurement system. • Report and distribute any relevant market and competitor information between your team members and throughout the business as required. • Ensure new business opportunities are identified and work with the Business Development Team to maximise these opportunities. • Identify new business opportunities and establish all necessary information for new business. • Ensure all your portfolio receive relevant Reports and are emailed monthly. • Resolve objections within your portfolio in accordance with Suppliers terms. Assist and support all members of the Account Team when required.
