ACE – the DQ Water Tower Park pooch - was found tied to a park bench this afternoon. Post vet check by Dr. Takura: ACE is an un-neutered mixed-breed male, approximately 2 years old, weighs 16kg. He is undernourished but otherwise seemingly healthy. ACE is docile, calm, and very sweet. He is not afraid of strangers or other dogs and did not display any aggression whatsoever when approached. He walks well on a leash and was fine in a car. ACE accepted handling by Dr. Takura and staff and stoically accepted being bathed. Based on his behavior, it’s clear that he was someone’s pet dog. ACE is in temporary foster and we are now looking for a PERMANENT HOME for him. The first picture shows ACE as he was found. The second picture is of ACE after having a bath.
