ADDING VALUE TO YOURSELF:- It is well known that no man can give what he does not have. Therefore before you can think of adding value to the lives of others, you should make success a magnifying glass on your personality. Already, God made you as a divine Think Tank. You succeed only as you work hard, learn everyday, think positively without assumption nor presumption. Education is the key to adding value to yourself Talent, Vision and just plain luck play a role. You need education and training that lead to self-sustenance and economic productiveness. Such education will come more often from talent meritocracy rather than examination meritocracy and one based on practical or market-oriented subjects. One should realize that successful people are not defined by birthplace or skin colour, but by the size of their dream. The strategy is to build yourself educationally professionally, and morally with a sense of respect and integrity. Then you can lead and influence other by your actions, writings teachings, and the services you produce or render, particularly in the areas of your competence where your leverage over others can be demonstrated: Mediocrity may not add value to anything. Your capacity to influence positively not just by material achievement, money personal riches, but work to keep mankind alive and functioning. Because, Joseph, the last born of Jacob was sold into salvery because of the envy of his brothers. He got into the hands of the Royal House where his star shone through his moral quality, sagacity, dedication and creativity and he brought value and joy to his family, his race, the Isrealites.
