So in order to try and keep some framework in place a few simple rules are being implemented. It must be pointed out that those failing to read or comply have no room to then complain to Admin. However, this does not prevent anyone who is experiencing genuine difficulties about payment made and no received goods to raise an enquiry or any other legitimate complaint. 1) ALL sellers/traders should enter a fair description of goods for sale, along with opening bid, duration of auction and CLOSING date/time. State the reserve if there is one, method of payment and time allowance to pay.Do NOT delete until satisfactory communication has been made with the winning bidder. 2)ALL buyers please read the posts fully and only bid if serious intention of purchasing. It is also your responsibility to keep track of on going bids and closing times. Allow time for those selling multiple goods to respond before assuming the worst. They may be dealing with other things. Pay Promptly!! Strong advice is not to do bank transfer as no comeback if things go wrong. Ask for method of delivery before paying and estimated time of posting and arrival. 3)ALL new membership and posts are subject to approval by admin. and on that basis can be deleted/blocked if unacceptable comments or behaviour occur. Multiple complaints against any one member will result in a private warning to amend/correct or be removed from the group. Admin cannot monitor the page 24/7, nor scrutinise every post or additional comment, but we do our best to keep it calm, and spam/scam free. This is where members play their part in trying to keep the page running smoothly by adhering to a few simple rules. Thank You =D
