ADMIN, please delete if not OK. Hey All! I am looking for a forever home for a German Sheppard who is currently being fostered. Even if you are not in Eugene or know someone interested that isn’t in Eugene, I would travel great lengths to find this wonderful guy a home! Hes a great dog but is not good with children and the current foster is expecting their first child so he does need to re homed soon. He’s great with other dogs small and large. He is a year old and has had all his shots and is neutered. He takes a little time to warm up to you but after that he’s a big teddy bear (I’m talkin submits to you, rolls over on his back and wants a good old belly rub!). He sits lays down and comes when you call him and is EXTREMELY smart and a quick learner! He would do really good with someone looking for a best friend, a protector, no kids or lives on a farm with a lot of yard. He may seem intimidating at first which REALLY works out for being a protector of your property. Even if you seem hesitant in him, I would be more than happy to work out a time and have you meet him, just to test out the waters and see if he may be a fit for your home. This person must be responsible and looking for a companion. I will also like to reach out to them every so often and see how he is doing. There is no re homing fee, however there are the stipulations of liking to touch base and check on him from time to time. Thanks everyone! :)
