Note: A 3 year tertiary qualification in Public Management will serve as an added advantage. *DUTIES* : Administration of Government transport and Departmental transport. Administration of accidents ,account statements, electronic Logsheet system, VIP vehicles requests, petrol cards, theft and losses replacement of vehicles. Compile reconciliation of accounts and compilation of payment requests. Identify and report irregularities and discrepancies of GG and Departmental vehicles. Monitor the utilisation of petrol cards and analyse the transaction reports from Wesbank and Gfleet. Compile monthly reports. Proper administration of traffic fines and maintain database. Closing of logsheets in line with procedures and prescripts. Update the invoice received register on monthly bases. Ensure that all electronic reporting databases are updated on time. Advise users on Transport Policy issues and procedures. Filing of all transport documents in relevant files and opening of new files.
