ADMINISTRATION CLERK (Reference: S8/3/2013/399) SALARY : R115 212 per annum (Level 5) CENTRE : DIRECTORATE: STRATEGIC INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS (PRETORIA) REQUIREMENTS : *National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification. *Knowledge of clerical duties & practices. *Computer literacy. *Good record keeping skills. *Interpersonal skills. *Communication skills in English and 1 other SA language (verbal & written). *Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Services. *Sound technical skills relating to advertising, branding and corporate image, events management, exhibitions management and public interface and systems & procedures. DUTIES : *Render general clerical support services. *Provide supply chain clerical support services. *Provide personnel administration clerical support services. *Provide financial administration support services. *Operate office equipment. *Complete any other administrative duties as assigned to required standards and within designated timeframes.
