ADMINISTRATION / EXECTUIVE ASSISTANT - Camden area Your role includes the following duties: • Email management, travel management and report preparation. • Assisting the Director in his daily duties. • Handling ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director. • Liaising with internal Sales and Construction departments. • Liaising with Consultants, Contractors, Solicitors and government Authorities. • To provide administrative support to Project Managers when required. • To provide administrative support and advice to the Group. The ideal candidate preferably have the following: • Can start work in mid January 2015. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to details. • Ability to handle multitasks. • A strong work ethics. • Experience and familiarity with property development sector is essential. • A tertiary qualification either a diploma or bachelor degree is preferred.
