ADVAITHA Conversation between Yagna Vallabha and his wife in Thaitreya Upanishad, He is teaching her Advaitha, Yv: Where are you my dear? W : I am sitting on the threshold of our kutir. Yv: All right, Where is our kutir? W: It is on the banks of the Ganges. Yv: All right. Where is the Ganges? W: The Ganges is in the Himalayas. Yv: All rught my dear, where is the Himalayas? W: Himalayas is in Bharat kant. Yv: All right, where is Bharat Kant. W: Bharat Kant is in the world. Yv: All right, where is this world? W: This world is in the universe.. Yv: All right. Are you able to see the whole universe? W: Yes I am able to visualize the whole universe. Yv: How are you visualizing it? W: I am visualizing the entire universe in my mind. Yv: So where is your mind? W: It is in my body. Yv: Ha, my dear, do you mean to say that the whole universe is sitting on the threshold of our kutir? You are sitting in the kutir because the kutir is bigger than you. The kutir is on the banks of the Ganges and so Ganges is bigger than the Kutir As Ganges in in the Himalayas, it is naturally smaller than the Himalayas. Now Himalayas is smaller than Bharat Kant which is smaller than the world which is smaller than the universe. This universe, you are able to hold in your mind. So which is bigger? So this mind is in the Universe and the Universe is in the mind. There is no duality here. What is inside is what is outside. And if we are able to tear the wall that separates the inside from the outside, we reach a stage that is enlightenment when everything is same for us and everything is God
