ADVICE NEEDED for Special Mom #psnm00399 Hello all! My son Luke is very disabled. He has severe global delay, nystagmus which makes him nearly blind. He also has poor muscle tone but can almost turn himself inside out. I just thought I would ask if anyone has or knows somebody that has the same or similar thing with their child. Luke makes this screeching noise constantly. As the day wheres on it gets longer, louder and higher pitched. We have to go outside for a bit to get away from it. I have asked at the college but they cannot suggest anything we can do to ease up/stop him doing it. Luke is 17 years old and also self harms pretty bad. If we tell him no he will go off on a tantrum. Thanks in advance for any replies x
