ADVICE TO NIGERIAN.... ...ON NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT The rate of poverty eradication in a country is directly proportional to the value of goods and services produced in the country by invention and/ or transformation and by her citizen, provided such good and services are not further transformed or invented.-Ubong Alfred It can rightly be deduce that primary activities such as mining, drilling and agriculture cannot shoot a nation to a super economic status. The only way to create wealth in a country is for her citizens to produce valuable tertiary goods and services. primary goods and services only add to economic activities but does not translate to international trade balance in the real sense of it. The ways to produces tertiary goods are by transformation and invention. producing or perhaps possessing oil without ability to produce and refine can not add to our growth in the real sense of it. ...ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT The rate of wealth creation by an individual is directly proportional to the security and value of his asset interm of cash flow minus that of his liability at a given time-Ubong Alfred. ASSET; Asset is anything owns by you, partly or fully, or control by you by means of contract which have the ability to brings more money to you than it actually take within a stipulated period. LIABILITY; Liability is anything owns by you, partly or fully, or control by you which takes money from you more than it can replace within a stipulated period. Note that cash flow bear more significant than capital gain when accumulating personal wealth. THANKS
