AFTER BEING SARDAUNAS ORDELY, A SENATOR IN SHAGARIS ERA, NOW OVER 80yrs, STILL WANTS TO CONTEST FOR SENATE? My special respect to Mama Hannatu Poloma for her decision to refused to be cajoled into political contest. Being one of the celebrated (aging) icons among the women in Nigeria that lived a busy life working for humanity, she has humbled herself to hold on to her position as a grand mother of all NGOs. I saw reasons not protest her nomination as a delegate to the National Conference. How comes Kaka Ajuji Waziri (who is over 80yrs) is warming up to go to the Senate? I learned he worked with Sardauna as his Orderly, He was at the Senate during the days of President Shagari in the 80s, he was at the Senate when Danjuma Goje was in Office. Haba Kaka Ajuji, allow your children and grand children the space and give us the chance to illustrate what we have learnt in our lifetime. THIS IS AN ACT OF STAGNATION, TANTAMOUNT TO DENYING THE YOUTHS A MEANS OF SURVIVAL.
