Draft Resolution Authorizing Payment of Catering Services for Stranded Catandunganon Passengers at Tabaco Port During Past Typhoons, sponsored by Hon. Edwin T. Tanael; 2. MOA between the Provincial Government of Catanduanes and the Land Registration Authority (LRA) for use of a lot with an area of 509 sq.m. for the construction of LRA office building, forwarded by the Provincial Governor in her letter dated November 12, 2014, with a request that she be granted an authority to enter into said MOA and that the same be considered as urgent; 3. MOA between the Provincial Government of Catanduanes and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for use of a lot with an area of 503 sq.m. for the construction of DILG office building, forwarded by the Provincial Governor in her letter dated November 12, 2014, with a request that she be granted an authority to enter into said MOA and that the same be considered as urgent; 4. MOA between Juan M. Alberto Memorial District Hospital (JMAMDH), represented by the Provincial Governor, and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) for the implementation of the approved PCSO Endowment Funds for 2014 (Grant) in the amount of P300,000.00 for indigent patients of JMAMDH, San Andres, Catanduanes, forwarded by the Provincial Governor in her letter dated November 13, 2014, with a request that she be granted an authority to enter into said MOA and certifying said measure as urgent.
