AGRO-START conference: Transnational Conference for SME Business Support Services in the Animal Breeding and Horticulture Sectors will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria on the 14th of November. AGRO-START conference is organized by Bulgaria Economic Forum, one of the 12 partners involved in AGRO-START project. Trends and needs in the provision of business support services for SMEs in the animal breeding and horticulture sectors and key issues in regard with the development of the two sectors. These are the main topics that will be discussed at the AGRO-START conference. Bulgaria Economic Forum will present the transnational database with products and services suppliers for SMEs in the animal breeding and horticulture sectors developed under AGRO-START Project. More than 70 participants from Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia (officials from the Ministries of Agriculture, Agencies for SMEs and bodies responsible for the national rural development programmes, business support organizations and service companies providing assistance to SMEs in the horticulture and animal breeding sector, business associations, chambers of commerce, trade promotion organisations, consultants, trade unions, representatives of organizations with good practices in the animal breeding and horticulture sectors , NGOs and representatives of SMEs in the horticulture and animal breeding sectors) will participate in the conference. The event is opportunity for beneficial interaction between industry experts, business support organization and service providers assisting SMEs in the animal breeding and horticulture sectors and SMEs from the targeted sectors.
