AHOY!! A message from The Brigands to all of you: The Brigands AHOY, MATES - The Pirate King of New England will be seeing some CHANGES! Voting for the 2014 Pirate King of New England will still take place in July & August - HOWEVER the Coronation and installation ceremony will take place at the 2014 Salty Ball. What better place and time to desecrate, I mean consecrate the new King! Of course, it means ye must suffer thru a few months of extra reign by the current Pirate King of New England, Cassandra , may her bum be ever higher! But this way the reign of the 2014 King will be for the entire year of 2014. There after voting will be scheduled at the end of the year. Thanks to everyone for their support over the last 5 years in helping make the Pirate King of New England a revered position of no particular worth, voluntary servitude and hallowed silliness, all in support of deserving charities.
