Besides, we allocated 79.96 hectares of land for police housing scheme. Despite the efforts of some parasitic chieftains of my former party and the then opposition parties to make the state ungovernable for us, with our holistic efforts, crime became a thing of the past in Oyo State, with the lowest crime rate in Nigeria and the only state with zero kidnapping. POVERTY ALLEVIATION... Through the State Pacesetter Micro-Finance Institutions, our government released closed to N1billion to over 5000 Oyo State indigenes to alleviate poverty. WE ADDRESSED FIRE DISASTER.... Our government purchased the latest fire fighting trucks. The trucks have state of the art facilities to meet the demands of fire outbreaks and accidents.
