**ALERT** Major traffic delays M4 citybound at Eastern Creek. Only one lane open. A truck fire at 2am has caused major damage to the road surface. VIDEO OF CRASH SCENE: bit.ly/1st706I Police statement: Police are advising motorists to expect traffic delays eastbound on the M4 at Eastern Creek this morning, due to a truck fire. Shortly after 2am, police were called to the M4, about 200 metres west of the twin service stations, where a fire had broken out in the trailer of a large semi carrying produce. While there are no injuries, motorists can expect delays with two lanes of the M4 heading into the city, closed. One lane remains open while NSW Fire and Rescue crews work to clear the debris.
