Todays message will touch upon friendship. Not only have I watched many of you forge friendships amongst yourselves, I am grateful to have been accepted as a friend, to have had many private and phone conversations with several of you, and to meet a few of you. The common link is that we care and we want to educate each other. Friendship means many different things to each of us. What Ive seen is willingness to openly talk about experiences...mutual respect for each other...loyalty through good and bad times. A friend is a connection to life, a tie to the past, a road to the future. It keeps us grounded in an insane world. Friendship settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for our weaknesses. Thank you for being my friend...I look forward to getting to know more of you.
