Well, the short answer is yes! There were several spooky moments that happened to several members of the cast and crew. In fact, production had to be halted twice in order to search one of the locations (a derelict 18th century townhouse in central London) for a mysterious figure that was seen to be watching us from the shadows. No one was ever found, but we would often hear distant “howls” and voices from parts of the building that were sealed off. There were so many occurrences like this and some that defy all logic and were spectacularly frightening, but I don’t want to go into them all at once, so I’ll jot them down one at a time and post them here. Over the last year or so, it has become apparent that some members of the crew experienced things that they never actually told us about. So, crew members, if you’re reading this, then why don’t you tell us your stories? About these ads Related What do Obama, Guy Fawkes and Credo have in common? I think I have blocked some of them. I always felt I wasn’t alone – even when I was alone in the prod office of the firestation. But I never felt threatened, just a kind of sadness – it was strange. First weird thing was losing one of our casting tapes – never resurfaced. Was on my desk, then it was gone. Also a friend who visited, who has always been more psychically tuned in, did see an old man in one of the bathrooms, he just turned and looked at her and she said he just looked tired and lonely and very sad – she just cried right there as she told me. Often when I was there first to open up, there was always a certain sickly smell in Alice’s room (first on the corridor?) but then it was gone the rest of the day. November 1, 2008 at 9:40 am Alex Wakeford Didn’t that casting tape mysteriously and suddenly reappear on the very last day? And it was in the middle of your desk? Or am I remembering it wrong? No, I’m sure it turned up and we were all thinking it very, very strange! You never told us about the unhappy man in the bathroom. Actually I’m glad you didn’t! I don’t know about Alice’s room, but the room opposite (which was Timmy’s), there were always dead flies to be swept up. We never had a problem with live flies buzzing about, just loads of dead ones. Very strange. Thanks Chantelle. I shall add it to log. November 1, 2008 at 10:21 am
