His Mother was wise, truthful,gentle and much affectionate to all! The village is Shoiler Kanda of Sadr thana of District headquarter of Jamalpur! A boy was born here with his father’s honesty, rigidity and morality! He doesn’t play or Laugh! He seems to be thoughtful! A meritorious boy of the Village Maktob! The elementary moral lesson begins from the Maktob to his own Father! He likes to keep himself aloof! Then Nandina High School! He never associates with bad boys or utter indecent words! He never fun or mocks any one! To the Teachers and the Students “our beloved Sofor Uddin”! An honest man is not always so well off! I need a job somehow! Um 14 now! Have completed the Entrance! I have my Younger brothers! Father can’t alone maintain the Family! I can join the British Navy! Now a few months! What! Will I have to shave? No I can’t do that! Better the resignation from you my dear job! I will have to do something! I can’t sit idle! Yea, railway Dept! At last I got posting at the Railway headquarter Chittagong in the section of accounts! At the age of 26 this oli-allah got married! I lived at the Tiger pass Railway Colony! There is a Haj i-mosque here! In this mosque an wali is staying (Seikh Burhunuddin rta)! He is a pir! What is pir (or shayekh)? Some bad people influenced me to mend the pir as he is doing something wrong to our religious culture! Yes, am me went to teach him a lesson at this young age of 26! When I reached him his dazzling and luminous appearance with sweet-gentle gestures bewildered me! I couldn’t refuse his invitation! Yes, I vowed to him! I went to mend the pir but my pir mended me to be a pir- what a peculiar luck I have gotten!! My shayekh totally changed me! I got the Akhri monjil from him! My name was changed to Saiful Maalek! What he saw in me He knows! Then and from then, I could’t attend the family affairs! I passed two years in majnun halat! Oneday my morshed called on me and I had been given a doze of medicine not like you take but by a strong snub of shout! It mended my mind and I got back my normal condtion! A new chapter of lovely life of love nurtured by the morshed begins! This is the stage of hard struggle of austerity! The morshed ordered me to take the responsibility of Khilaphat! I was maintaining the family by this way or that way! Now, how I run! But my responsibility of running the Khilaphat! I left the job (which was the only means of income) again in January 1968! All of the family became terrified for uncertainty! I got a joy of total dependence on Allah! A distance between me and the Creator as if are lifted away! A lighted life of tauwakkul as if guided me to the the more lighted way!! All my way became easier for my morshd’s supplication! 1954, my shayekh is going to Mokkah for performing hajj. A group of 72 murids were with him! My name was not in the list of lottery! It shocked me as I can’t stay alone this few months without my morshed kibla’s association! I was standing alone at the ship ghat with heavy heart! Tears were flowing from the eyes! I saw my morshed climbing the up the ladder of the ship with my pir brothers! I couldn’t tolerate it and I began to crying and praying to Allah to take me with them! Allah loves his bandah so much and granted a chance for me! The ship was not moving so long! Why? The sole of the ship was reported to be fractured! So it took one day to mend the sole of the ship! Some people came down of the ship too! The day of the starting of the ship declared again with a notice that one seat is empty! My chance came! I went to the ship slowly! I saw my morshed standing touching the railing of the ship with smiling face! I understood everything and got up the ship! This was the first pilgrimage of my life and with my morshed kibla, what a luck it was for me! From this time every year I got chance to perform hajj!
