ALL GOA SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION Organized by;- The Sports Authority of Goa THEME: - SPORTS IN GOA…………………………………….. Aim: - The Basic aim behind organizing this sports photography competition is to popularize and propagate sports culture in the state of Goa and get those rare sports photographic shots in the limelight on the National Sports Day. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The All Goa Photography competition will be held in 2 categories. ( a) Open Category ( b) students category ( V to XII Std. only) 2. The competition is open to all and limited to the citizens of Goa state including the staff of SAG. 3. Every participant can send the maximum of 5 photographs relating to the different sports events, activities or any other events which relates to sports in the state of Goa. 4. The participants will have to submit entries in Size:- 6 X 8 inches (in any format). 5. The competition will be judge by panel of photographic experts and their decision will be considered as final and binding on the participants. No protest will be accepted. 6. The Sports Authroty of Goa reserves the right to reject entries as per the entry registration rules. 7. Prizes:- Open category Students category 1st place:- Rs. 5000/- + Certificate 1st place:- Rs. 3000/- + Certificate 2nd place:- Rs. 3000/- + Certificate 2nd place:- Rs. 2000/- + Certificate 3rd place:- Rs. 2000/- + Certificate 3rd place:- Rs. 1000/- + Certificate 8. The selected entries will be displayed at the photography exhibition at the venue to be decided by SAG. 9. For Open category :-participant shall attached photocopy of identity proof during the submission of entry & For School Category:- Students identity proof or letter signed by the head of the school. 10. Name of the participants with address, phone Number/email ID should be pasted or written on every entry & has to submitted in sealed envelope. 11. All the selected photographs will be used in the different promotional campaigns for the lusofonia Games / Nationals games or any other events of SAG. 12. The photograph can be clicked in any cameras. 13. The winners will be declared on 29th August 2013 and followed by the prize distribution function at Panaji-Goa 14. Last date of submitting entries is 27th August 2013 by 5.00pm. 15. The entries may be submitting at office of The Sports Authority of Goa, 3rd floor, Myles High, Patto, Panaji-Goa. 16.
