“ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL” The Founders of the Constitution had the wisdom to install a political ideology that allows for progressive and positive flexibility to change with the social order and shifts in cultural population that includes all peoples in todays world. In the early days of this country: One must understand the time and place of their words. Votes were cast by property owners, they were the ones referred to as “ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL”. Constitutional Wisdom “All Men are Created Equal’ now includes all peoples in the United States To accomplish the Neoliberal Paradigm policy of the Republican-tea, voter restriction is key to the plan, but that is not only a violation of the US Constitution it violates the vary foundation established by the founders of the constitution. When the congress returns in September, Republicans will violate the constitution; First, they will hold the country hostage over the Debit Ceiling. Second they will violate the individual rights of every American by endangering the health and welfare of every citizens. Third, states will restrict the rights of some to fairly cast a vote for the one they have personally chosen. (and YOU cannot pick and choose YOU either support the Constitution or YOU do not) Article VI of the US Constitution 1: All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. “Health Care being a Human Right “promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” Republican-tea fears DEMOCRACY; THEY violate the Constitution AND need to read this please share, PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL REPUBLICANS (Preamble) to the United States Constitution We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. General Welfare includes the things people need to live (food, water, shelter, health, education, ect.,) if the welfare is denied it is a violation of a human right.
