ALL Options are open People, especially the Democrats, should remember the precedent set in Law in the case of Elian Gonzalez who was brought to the United States in 2000 from Cuba by his mother who gave her life in the process. A heated debate ensued and Elian was returned to his father in Cuba because it was determined that relatives in the United States did not have legal standing; that he belonged in the care of his father (in Cuba). The case was being reviewed by the US Supreme Court when Elian was removed at the point of a gun by INS thugs and shipped back to Cuba. It should be noted that Republicans supported his bid for freedom. And now ... need I go through the tedious details of this issue in this day? We have children, many of them... who are leaving their parents south of the border and coming here to be placed with volunteer families... This is so insane... surreal actually, and makes no sense at all... especially in view of the Gonzalez episode. Proves to me that this regime is all about THEM. they dont give a crap about anyone but them. It has nothing to do with humanity... it illustrates the left using unfortunates to further their agenda while destroying OUR middle class and vilifying those who oppose them in the process.
