ALL SAINTS DAY - NOVEMBER 1 “...multitude which no man could number - from every nation, from all tribes and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb ...”(Rev.7:9) On All Saints Day we celebrate the numbers upon numbers of those who have been saved, who are being saved and who will be saved. We know from where they have come. The downcast and dying whom Mother Theresa brought in from the highways and byways will be there to greet us, together with those great church leaders - those preachers, pastors and priests, bishops and Popes, Sunday School teachers, people in the pews and people yet to be born. So today we remember those people who have lived out their lives in Christ-like love in years gone by - and those who are living out their lives in Christ-like love today. Our prayer is that each one of us will seek to be counted in that number. How about it? Certainly we all we want to be counted among those people of extraordinary faith and love. No one may know our names. But Christ will know. Just as He knows who’s hungry, who’s grieving, who’s persecuted for righteousness sake. He knows, and will call our name blessed! youtube/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=l3LMWCIa08Q
