ALL training programs have an expiration date. No matter what the inventor/coach/trainer tells you. Once you adapt to the rep scheme and weight loads(thats becoming conditioned by the way) its time to try something different. Ive been training for 15 years and have tons of programs to chose from. Note if you are a newbie to weight training stay with the program for at least 6 months before you change up. The reason for this is that your muscles and central nervous system are still adapting to the new stimulus. Older more experienced lifters should know when its time to change things up usually after two to three cycles of a program. This is the true secret to gains not switching after you read next months edition of FLEX or MUSCULAR DEVELOPMENT.
