THEM POSSIBLY MEANING the INDIAN GOVERNMENTS "NATO/ISRAELI TEAM" which has BEEN INSTALLED in their NUCLEAR APPARATUS to INSURE COMPLIANCE ... not with the IAEA. ... but with NATO ..."THEM" meaning the "INDIANS" as WELL AS "THEIR OWN CITIZENS" ... though AS APPLICAPBLE to THIS SITUATION ... there SHOULD BE NO DISTINCTION DRAWN ... THAT is WHAT I SEEM to REMEMBER being TOLD by SOMEONE who INTENDED to LOOK like SERGI LAPROV ... NOW ... WHETHER it WAS HIM (and it COULD HAVE BEEN like the TIME THEY TRIED to MAKE ME THINK I had INITIATED a NUKE LAUCH from the BARRETT LAKE SUB ... which I THOUGHT RUSSIA had PUT THERE or but in ACTUALITY were THERE as part of an "ISRAELI PLAN" ... AMERICAS OWN REALLY ... but THEY HAD TO have some PATSIES DO THAT so they could DITCH THEM) ... PROBABLY MAKES LESS DIFFERENCE THAN WHAT IT IS THAT the "RIGHT THING TO DO TO THEM" IS ...
