ALMOST MISSED BY ME DURING ALL THE LABOR DAY REVERIE... (Translated NAPPING!) Yesterday marked the 75th anniversary of one of the watershed periods of the last century which even in this age casts a long shadow over both western and eastern cultures. 75 years ago yesterday Adolf Mad Dawg (at least thats what his art school buddies called him at their beer hall gatherings!) Hitler and his brutal regime launched a war on Poland which historians regard as the beginning of World War II. Thanks be to God that at a time when evil was allowed an unprecedentedly long leash to run amok with, that good men and women stepped forward VOLUNTARILY to stand in the gap and push that wickedness back to the pit it emerged from!
