ALS Ice Bucket Challenge - Accepted from Sarah Niswonger (to me) & from Wyatt Fenton to Bonnetts Book Store. Sorry it took so long, but water & paper dont mix; and I spend all my time around awesome stuff made of paper! It required a holiday for me to schedule it in! I have friends whose families have been touched by ALS, so I accepted the challenge. However fun this challenge has been for many of us, this public call-out is essentially a kind of shaming, and public shaming is an awful lot like bullying. My own family has been touched by other life problems which could use the help of a donation, so without naming specific people I challenge anyone reading this to do whatever you can for the cause of your choice, whenever and wherever you can. No buckets required. OK, Ive gotta get revenge on my camera operator, so Roberta Schulman Bonnett, you have been challenged.
