ALS (also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease) is a progressive neuromuscular disease in which nerve cells die and leave voluntary muscles paralyzed. Every day two or three Canadians die of the disease. Our family had fun with the ice bucket challenge, and now I challenge Emmanuel Nault,Lisa Aceti, and Sylvie Morin to complete the challenge and help spread awareness for ALS.
