ALT brings The Legacy Girls direct from Chicago to its stage for a concert and tribute to our countrys veterans this Saturday (Nov. 1), at 2 p.m. Nancy Baumet, Renee Hein and Jan Carpenter are talented singers who recreate the music of the Andrews Sisters and a concert with music that uplifted and unified a nation over fifty years ago. The trio has now expanded their repertoire to include a Fifties and Sixties Musical Revue and have been become known as those popular Legacy Girls. This will mark their first appearance in downstate Illinois and they are sure to delight one and all! Tickets are available now through our website, or by calling 618-462-3205. CALL FOR TALENT!!!! On Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9 from 2-4 p.m. at the ALT Showplace, new director Jean Heil will be casting roles for ALONE TOGETHER, a popular comedy revived from the 1980s. There are roles for a couple and a woman in her mid 40s to 50s. There are also roles for three males and one female, 20s to 30s. Auditions will consist of cold reading from the script.
