AM I PAIN...... To all ma frds who like using #earphones/#headphones be warned. Currently my lower head is completely swollen. My current diet is porridge,cnt manage to chew. This as a result of my using headphones on monday.....that according to my research, some scenarios happened. SCENARIO 1: The first scenario is that I might have experienced raptures(tears) to my eardrums, thereby necessitating bacteria access to the inner ear. I note the ear drum acts as a barrier to this bacteria to the inner ear. But this theory is not strongly applying in my case as is scenario 2. SCENARIO 2: A condition known as:- Otitis Externa Symptoms ↳ Minimal hearing loss ↳ Swollen lymph nodes in the throat ↳ Slight fever ↳ Feeling of constant pressure and fullness ↳ Intense pain, which worsens with the movement of the ear lobe or jaw Probable Causes >Constant use of headphones or hearing aids >Cleaning the ear with a hairpin or ear bud >Allergy caused due to hair products or jewelry >Heavy perspiration >Excess moisture in the external ear Its advisable you avoid CONSTANT use of earphones, lest this happens to u too....Felt I had to share this and raise an awareness...... Wish me well.
