AMARNAATHH ENTERPRISES APPLICATION OF AE’S RETROFITS IN SYNTHETIC PROCESS The processing of Synthetic raw material in the carding is different when compare with cotton processing. The synthetic basically do not have short fibers trash, contamination different fiber surface character’s different chemical dyes and create more static electricity. And everybody knows C1/1, C1/2, C1/3 and Textool cards are universal for processing any kind of raw material which is available in the word. AE’s retrofit in the lickerin zone open the fiber’s in better way by means of combing segments knife’s and waste control bar. The coming segment has design in such a way. The life will be 10 years. The maintenance cost to be zero for 8 years. Since the combing segment is perfectly matching the curvature of the lickerin better opening and quality consistence is maintained always. The other manufacturer replaceable strips coming segment manufactures will not match the curvature of the lickerin. And strips have to be changed frequently. It involves more cost by maintenance. Since the quality will not be maintained uniform. Basically the synthetic needs better and strong opening before entry to the cylinder zone. The revolving flats only area has to be taken care of fiber opening, paralyzing removal of neps, fused fibers is taken care since it is forward direction the flats are in effective once the material got loaded immediately. These are all the reason for unable to get the better quality. The flat reversal system is not advisable for synthetic it causes more statically electricity, and more good fiber removal looking in to this all points. AE’s developed the precarding system, and its most advanced in technology AE’s 10F+2K consisting of 10 stationary flats (170, 270,370, PPSI) along with 2 suction points. These suction points remove the unwanted air and helps for higher production. In addition to this stationary flats has designed with 8 leveling point, and very much possible to maintain the uniform setting in the un even surface of the cylinder. These ensure the 20% quality guarantee through out the life time. The top and bottom plate has designed with aluminium helps for controlling the static electricity. Since assured quality even in the high speeds AE has developed the production kit called us Webf King and Coiler. Basically we were in the carding knowledge for the 23 years and our MD Mr. B. Soundararajan having vast experience in the Textile Machineries (LMW) and erected more than 1000 cards, Ring Frames, Draw Frames and Blow Room . Based on this experience we have developed the Retrofits for carding machines which is suitable for C1/1, C1/2, C1/3, C4 & LC100, DK Series Card & Cross Roll Cards and performing to the entire satisfaction of the customer for last 10 Years and he has worked in carding LC300 development team in LMW for about 18 Months and as he know very well about the LC300 Cards. To develop LC300A Cards, We have taken knowledge from various card manufactures like REITER, TRUTZSCHLER, CROSS ROLL. If we compare C1/3 & LC300A the basic construction remains same. To achieve the quality in LC300A,Rieter,C 60 & DK Series cards more stationary flats & Flat reversal has introduced to achieve the high production and better quality, In AE’s retrofit in cylinder zone is better then latest technology and having the flexibility of flats forward and reverse direction for processing synthetic and cotton. In our retrofit cylinder had divided into three part namely flexible flats, stationary flats and undercasing zone. These three part take care of controlling of neps, short thick and raw material fault and opening indivually. In addition to this the stationary flats has designed in such away uniform setting will be maintained even though cylinder having surface variation. next to the Doffer, Webf King & Coiler has introduced.Now we are manufacturing the Retrofits suitable for C1/3 Card with the same concept like latest generation of the carding machine and supplied more than 1000 machines all over India and Abroad. In our existing C1/3 Card, Doffer is driven by gear box, clutches and more maintenance involved gears. The web is from Doffer transfer through 3 crush rollers by more complicated parts, always needs more setting times. The collected web forms the sliver by the Apron Doff and Table Calendar roller unit and it proceeds for Coiler. For forming the sliver in the can from the doffer needs more than 850 components and very difficult to maintained. The above said complicated design will not allow to run the more than 130 mpm. By keeping the above said problem in the mind AE’ has developed for Webf King and coiler for C1/2, C1/3, LC300 and LC100 Cards. AE’s innovative Webf King (consisting of Doffer Belt Drive System, Twin Crush roller Take of Device, Apron Doff and Tongue & Groove Mechanism) which consisting of only two pair of crush roller has introduced immediate after the redirecting roller,it collect the web and transfer to the pair of Aprons. The bulky sliver from the Apron passes to the Webf King through two trumpets like C60 card. The whole system has driven the Timer Belts and Aluminium Flat Pulley. Since the whole assembly is placed in the area of Take of Device, the front delivery travers is getting eliminated. we have to introduces Micro control it eliminates 14 contacters supplied the electrical panel. In our Retrofit the coiler is getting drive from the RH side of the machine. Totally only five timer gears is used in Webf King attachments and seven gears are used for Coiler. The coiler head consisting of only 5 bearings. So we are assured you by installing our pre-carding segments and Undercasing will help to achieve better quality by 25% at the same time our Webf King and Coiler supports to reach 175 mpm. If our commitment is not fulfill we will take back our Retrofits. After doing the modification your card will be technologically converted as 25 lakhs worth of new generation of card like DK800 and LC300A Card. As per the details given, if we modify partially like Apron Doff, Doffer Belt drive system, Tongue and Groove and the Coiler, we could be able to reduce the maintenance parts by 75% only. It will not be a zero maintenance and take off device maintenance and settings are very difficult. But the Webfking 240 Coiler and the Doffer Belt drive totally eliminates all the parts ( 1500 Components ). The cards after modification will be like Rieter Lastest card and LC300V3. The advantages of Webfking & Doffer Belt drive and Coiler is it would totally replaces the take off device , Gear Box, wheels below doffer delivery traverse all parts ( Coiler gets drive from doffer motor itself ) and the Sliver is formed within 300mm from doffer , instead of 750mm in old system and partial modification system. If we modify the Card, with webfking & Doffer belt drive and the Forman does not have any maintenance job at all, only grinding, polishing and card setting has to be taken care.
