AMAZING Lower Body workout today!!!!! Pause, Below Parallel Box Squats- 5x5- Got up to 170 for 5 : a +20lb increase in 2 weeks(not a max either! ) :) Single Leg Barbell Deadlifts- 3 x 8 each with 75lbs Tut Side Leans- 3 x 20 with 40lbs Barbell Jump Squats- 3 x 15 with 40lbs Followed up with 10, 30 second Stair sprints and some band work on the glute medius... Still had tons of energy at the end but made myself stop!
