Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵Ʒ..•°*" ☼¸♪♫-´♪ Something to Consider: Just as our vehicles need maintenance and fuel just to keep it running efficiently and safely to drive, so do we as the vessels of Gods who need His word to fuel and maintain us to keep us going. We simply cannot run our vehicles until they begin to start running poorly or it runs out of gas; for when it goes to the shop for repairs, our lack of maintaining it has caused other problems areas of concern which now needs to be addressed and has raised the cost of the repairs much higher than it needed to be. And so is it in our lives, that Sundays just aren’t enough to fuel our soul and spirit to think we can ride on a word given on a Sunday from Monday thru Saturday without more of God’s word through the week to sustain us to the next; for we will need a tune-up and more fuel for us to travel on during our week just to get us where we’re trying to go. And if not, breakdowns are inevitable because of our lack of tune ups in God’s word more as we choose other means of cheap fuels if you will only to cost us more later when we should just follow Gods maintenance program of getting into His word that can take us around the world without any misfires. He’s not only the mechanic of our souls; He’s the founder and the Maker of our total being and knows exactly what it’s going to take to keep us running and moving forward like new. Listen, your engine may be getting old; but as God as your mechanic, I’ll ride with you anywhere you choose to go, because I know He’s not going to give you any cheap parts and that His labor has already been paid in full for you with the blood of His Son. Be encouraged today, because even you know when you’re overdue for a tune-up and needing more!
