AMOSUN EGBAnizes OGUN PROJECTS AND APPOITMENTS; DECEIVING YEWA LEADERS TO SUPPORT HIS RE-ELECTIONS In the history and governance of Ogun State since 1976 when it was created, the Yewas never had it this bad with any governor in terms of Infrastructure and appointments. The infrastructural facilities are the SEEN benefits of producing a governor from a district, which is visible to all and sundry including the politician, the visitors to the state, the masses, the commuters, the civil servants the general populace who never voted before. The UNSEEN benefits however carries at least 48% of dividends of democracy to the people but are not taken into consideration when assessing the performance of a governor because they are mostly KNOWN by the politicians. Unfortunately, Yewa politicians never raised alarms on such things because they either dont know the multiplier effects of such appointments on their people or they think asking for such maybe asking for too much and may deny them of their personal gains, can u imagine what is in their skulls? YEWAs CASE under General Amosun Today, 2 out of the 20 Ogun State Commissioners are bonafide indigenes of Yewa, worst still, none is from Ipokia LG. How can we be treated like this in a State we own together? There is a Yoruba adage that says Omo toba ma je ashamu, kekere lo ti nsenu shamu shamu. If Amosun is going to be a saint, it is better to see it in his First term of office and not tactically pushing everything to his second term which can never be! As we speak, the ONLY Yewa man in the management team of MAPOLY who happens to hail from Ipokia, our High Cheif Adeosun is being forced out of the school on ON COMPULSORY LEAVE, yet AMOSUN wants us to support his second term bid.
