AMS Parents! Please take a few minutes to complete this very short survey. House Bill 5 (TEC 39.0545) added a new component to the state accountability system. This statute requires school districts to do a local evaluation that is referred to as the community engagement component. The community engagement requirement is an opportunity for districts to showcase areas of excellence and success as well as recognize areas in need of improvement and set future goals valued in the community. Plano ISD will use criteria written and developed by district committees. It is important that AMS be represented, so please take just a few minutes to complete it. Thanks!
