AN OPEN LETTER TO ROBERT COLLYMORE, SAFARICOM CEO Today marks - TopicsExpress

AN OPEN LETTER TO ROBERT COLLYMORE, SAFARICOM CEO Today marks the eve of my Christmas and birthday celebration. I am not narrating this missive to you because I am seeking for your trouble, for we all dont entertain trouble as human beings. It is however not possible for me to keep silent. I am registering my disappointment of SAFARICOM. Safaricom has moved from being a better option to Kenyans to A BITTER OPTION. A bitter option because Safaricom has cornered Kenyans. Other than charging the highest rates to their services, all services to Kenyans, Safaricom the Bitter option has engaged in treachery, politics, anarchy and business malpractice. It is a fact that cannot be denied that, today, Safaricom charges KENYANS the highest rates, higher than any part of the global village. You conned Kenyans in 2014 through exorbitant fees via MPESA. You conned Kenyans through your expensive bundling. You charged Kenyans extreme calling charges, the poor, desperate Kenyan, who has no choice than to use your service. By the way, how did you win the contract of renovating Moi Sports Center, Kasarani? Why did you decide to change the name to your brand, if this is not playing around the history of our motherland? We set this aside for another day while reminding you that it is not over until it is over. Reason why I wrote this missive to you. That a Kenyan, frustrated by the unworking, undelivering, unpromising, uncompromising Jubilee that has made the youth poor, desperate with no future and nothing to show for to be Kenyan other than regret, has told Mr William Ruto on his face, via text, after he refused to pickup his phone, that his government is as useless and as worthless as the name depicts. The speed at which you, Robert Collymore of Safaricom, retrieved his messages, remains questionable to date. While Uhuru Kenyattas messages still remain anonymous, while you cant retrieve messages of a suspect accused of crime against humanity, a man undeniably behind the massacre of over 1300 innocent Kenyans, Kenyans whose only crime was to endure the cold, the rain and the sun to exercise their democratic right in the ballot box, you have hurriedly, unconditionally retrieved messages from a frustrated poor Kenyan, who has no other way of expressing his poverty, whose only way he could be listened to was only through a text. ICC asked a million times for phone calls, messages, mpesa accounts of this suspect of crime against humanity, Mr Uhuru Kenyatta, with you vehemently denying falsely that he never had an account with you. This shows how, the poor will always be poor, that, justice, if there is any, belongs only to the rich, that the poor will always hear it on the radios, see it on the press, but will never be justised through it. That the law was only created to tame and man the poor, but the rich and the mighty will always remain demi gods. As a poor Kenyan suffers in custody, thanks to Safaricom, William Ruto and the courts, I want to remind Safaricom CEO one thing. East Africa Industries was once. It was the monopoly. It is gone with the wind. Safaricom will follow suit one sweet day. A MESSAGE TO KENYANS: kenya is being misruled as you keep fighting alongside tribal lines. Kenya is being taken away through backdoor by these greedy suspects of crime against humanity, as you fight. There comes a time when kenya is superior to any tribe. It will be too late. As you embrace draconian laws, just know a time of regret is coming. It is a crime not to obey the laws laid down because they are for your good as a nation. It is equally more criminal and shame and a deviation from constitutional responsibility to embrace a misrule, obey bad laws and accept questionable characters to be your leaders. MY PART AS A CITIZEN: I said No to poor governance. I rejected Jubilee government because it was never and will never be a reflection of our nationhood. As a responsible citizen, I refuse to obey the draconian laws passed in parliament through treachery and tribal regrouping. I refuse Uhuru Kenyatta. I refuse William Ruto and will always and forever until they are elected in a fair and free election. I refuse Safaricoms double standards in applying civilized justice. I am not asking any Kenyan to do as I do or even do as I say. For in the end, we suffer individually, not collectively as a people. The poor will always be poor. The rich will play their role. MERRY CHRISTMAS KENYANS. MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU DEDAN ALPHA MARENYA, AN INNOCENT KENYAN IN CUSTODY BECAUSE YOU REJECTED THE TYRANNY OF JUBILEE. YOU ARE MY HERO AS WE CLOSE 2014. MERRY CHRISTMAS JUBILEE AS YOU LAY DOWN MORE PLANS TO SUBDUE KENYANS AS I REMIND YOU TO LOOK BEYOND THE HORIZON. QADAFFI WAS. HOSIN MUBARAK WAS. IDI AMIN DADA WAS. SIADE BARRE WAS. MOBUTU SESESEKO WAS. THEY WERE. THEY ARE NOT. THEIR FAMILIES ARE REFUGEES IN FOREIGN LANDS, HOMELESS, NO LONGER AT EASE TO BE HOME. MERRY CHRISTMAS ROBERT COLLYMORE, CEO SAFARICOM, THE BITTER OPTION. MAY WE ALL LIVE LONGER TO SEE THE NEW DAY. MY ENEMIES AND MY FRIENDS ALIKE: MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.
