ANAHEIM, CA -- The Feds and the City of Anaheim are seizing a $1.5M building, without even filing charges against the owner. Under the tyrannical Drug War, the government can seize basically anything it wants to if they declare it had any relation to the drug trade. Small business owner Tony Jalali is taking a legal stand against the seizure of his property. He broke no laws and was not involved with the alleged marijuana dispensary in any way, which remarkably was perfectly legal in the state of California. This is exactly why the Feds should not be micromanaging the country, making sweeping laws to oppress us all. If California wants to allow people to use plants to heal themselves, the Feds should be powerless to intervene.
