Location: Jessup, PA Department: CS Support Services Type: Full_Time Reference #: 144276 ________________________________________ POSITION SUMMARY: The Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining reporting solutions; creating and maintaining tools for the analysis of data and analyzing necessary data to provide Business Intelligence to TMG Health. This position is responsible for the maintenance and production of regularly scheduled reports, reporting solutions and ad hoc reporting requests. This position requires the utilization of modern techniques for data analysis, updating and maintaining analytical tools and processes, introduction of modern techniques, maintaining documentation, enhancing efficiency through process improvement and implementing new reporting solutions. This position will work with the necessary internal clients and teams to identify business requirements, analyze processes and determine the course of action to implement efficient reporting solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Complete regularly scheduled reporting on time. ▪ Complete ad-hoc reporting within reasonable timeframe. ▪ Maintain reporting and analysis tools and databases. ▪ Utilize tools and reporting to analyze business health. ▪ Advise management on topics related to reporting and analysis. ▪ Maintain proper documentation and accurate records. ▪ Identify, analyze, create and implement reporting solutions. ▪ Identify and enhance operational efficiencies related to reporting and data. ▪ Complete all assignments within the approved deadlines as determined by business needs. ▪ Identify, track and analyze technical issues concerning reporting. ▪ Work independently and collaboratively to advance the goals and business needs as defined by management. ▪ Additional duties as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS): ▪ Must have strong technical skills. ▪ Must possess a strong attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ▪ Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ▪ Intermediate Excel skills required. Advanced Excel skills a plus. ▪ Fluent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other common office systems. ▪ Excellent keyboard skills. ▪ Ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes. ▪ Ability to work scheduled hours. Additional time may be required including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. ▪ Experience in Microsoft Access, InfoPath, Visual Basic or SQL a plus. ▪ Degree in Finance, Mathematics or a related field (or the equivalent) a plus.
