ANCHORS have the capability to safely take you to any destination you desire. And, they also can make a perfect storm minuscule in comparison. What is an anchor, you may ask? You hear a song that TRIGGERS you back to a great memory. OR, you hear a song and it takes you to an awful one. These are anchors, in a nutshell. You can anchor anything imaginable to anything. Focus is limited to a handful versus the numerous things happening, per second. What you focus on, the meaning you attach to it... will generate a feeling. Any anchor can be collapsed and replaced. And, it is fast. The more receptive, the faster. Think Quark - thats how fast as you BEGIN MASTERING!
