AND! Just like that (yeah right!) Ginger Tapas n Grill has come to the Lagos metropolis to stay. Once we get past pinching ourselves, well come (soon enough) to the (harsh) realities that we are running a business in todays Nigeria. A service business at that. For emphasis, a Food Service Business. The last 3 weeks have just proved that whatever you think you know is null and void once everything you thought you knew is tested. However we see Nigeria - we havent quite seen the half of it till we don the private sector employer hat. To all small, medium, large, conglomerate and then some businesses - conceived of, implemented, and still in operations by a Nigerian (natural or otherwise citizenship), in Nigeria, working with Nigerians to service Nigerians; I can only say hats off, may your (our) roads be rough. Taking the first step begins the journey of a gazillion miles.
