ANGER UNDER CONTROL IN MARRIAGE. Anger is not sinful, its God-given emotional response to lifes threats and hurts. Its not the anger itself that has moral implications, its how you handle it. Some people resort to verbal abuse, withdrawing into an icy silence in an effort to bury the hurt etc. But the good news is that, either of you can decide to change the established pattern. LEARNING TO DISCHARGE YOUR ANGER IN NON-DESTRUCTIVE WAYS BRINGS LIFE AND VITALITY TO YOUR MARRIAGE. Always consider that, the other partner need to talk out some feelings, no need to fix. Increase your critical interval the time between a stimulus and a response. Finally, kiss and make up, dont prolong matters. Prolong loneliness and lingering bitterness are simply not worth it.
