ANIA-A NA USAB KAMI MODALIT KANINYO SA ATONG GIKAHINAMAN NGA, “PAKONTIS 2014”! The “Crossian Ray Foundation, Incorporated” (CRFI) would like to announce its “PAKONTIS” during the HCHS Grand Alumni Homecoming this coming December 2014. Apil na mga higala aron maghudyaka kita sa panahon sa PASKO! One of the highlights of the PAKONTIS 2014 is the search for the “Amateur Karaoke Alumni Idol”. This will be done a day before the Grand Reunion. CRFI would like also to give cash prizes during the Grand Reunion in the following contests; 1. Most Attended/Participated Batch Contest during the parade 2. Best Batch Banner Contest 3. Best Batch T-Shirt Design Contest 4. Best Batch Presentation Contest MECHANICS of the “HCHS Grand Alumni Homecoming PAKONTIS 2014” are outlined below. 1. The search for the “Amateur Karaoke Alumni Idol”. - This will be done a day before the Grand Reunion. - Audition will be done in the morning and afternoon at the HCHS AV Room. - Each batch should have only 1 representative during the audition. - Eight to ten finalists will be selected and will have a showdown in the evening at the HCHS AV Room or at the Phillips Social Hall. - One of the judges will be Ms. Lorna Vismanos. - Winners will receive cash prizes of; 1st Prize = P5,000.00 pesos, 2nd Prize = P4,000.00 pesos and 3rd Prize = P3,000.00 pesos. - Winners will sing their winning pieces during the program proper of the Grand Reunion, followed by the awarding of prizes. - (Pangita namo sa inyong bambato!) 2. “Most Attended/Participated Batch” Contest during the parade. - The most attended/participated batch during the parade will be given a cash prize of P2,000.00 pesos. - A wife or a husband of an alumnus is considered part of the batch as long as he/she is wearing the designated batch t-shirt. No batch t-shirt, No count. - The winner will be announced and awarded the prize during the program proper of the Grand Reunion. - (Pagsugod namo ug pangampanya sa inyong mga ka batch nga mo attend sa reunion aron daghan mo!) 3. “Best Batch Banner” Contest. - The best batch banner will be given a cash prize of P1,000.00 pesos. - The dimension of the banner is 2’ x 6’. - Multi-color combination is encouraged. - The winner will be announced and awarded the prize during the program proper of the Grand Reunion. - (Pag huna-huna namo ug unsay maayong original nga desenyo!) 4. “Best Batch T-Shirt Design” Contest. - The best batch t-shirt design will be given a cash prize of P1,000.00 pesos. - Multi-color combination is encouraged. - The winner will be announced and awarded the prize during the program proper of the Grand Reunion. - (Pag sugod namo ug himo ug original nga desenyo mentras sayo pa!) 5. “Best Batch Presentation” Contest. - The best batch presentation during the Grand Reunion will be given cash prizes; - 1st Prize = P2,000.00 pesos, 2nd Prize = P1,000.00 pesos and 3rd Prize = P500.00 pesos. - This is a free-for-all contest, meaning “bisan unsa ang i-present, basta makalingaw”. This is a batch presentation with a minimum number of participants of 10 persons. - The presentation will last between 3 and 10 minutes. - Costume is encouraged. P1,000.00 pesos will be awarded to the “Best Costume”. - Winners will be announced and awarded the prize during the program proper of the Grand Reunion. - (Pwede na nga magsugod namo ug praktis!) Note: This is to remind everybody that cash prizes for this “PAKONTIS” are NOT taken out from the CRFI Scholarship Funds. Cash prizes will be sourced-out from other means. Thank you.
