ANNOUNCEMENT: If you havent received your letter with vendor requirements and floorplan layout, it is coming. Here are some points you need to know. Please comment that you have read this so I dont feel like I have to call you individually. 1) Remember your prize for the door prize drawing. $5 minimum value. 2) Be there Saturday at 8am to check in or Friday at 2pm. 3) Even if you come on Friday to set up, you will need to be there Saturday at 9am AT THE LATEST in case some people show up early. 4) Be festive. You want yourself and your table to put people in the holiday spirit. 5) Your table is your domain, but this is a family event, so plan accordingly. 6) Bring candy canes for Santa to hand out, if you can. The full size ones, please, not the minis. 7) There is no rearranging the seating arrangement. A lot of careful thought and consideration went into it. If you dont like your neighbor, then dont talk to them. (You can let me know for next year, however, if you have a preference.) 8) YES, you too can enter the door prize drawings with cans of food. :) 9) Invite everyone you know! Have fun!
